I do online counselling. I also have a stress course. I have resources for various physical problems and their psychological meanings, as well as panic attacks, subliminals and infertility. I use Emotional Freedom Techniques which is an energy method of tapping and saying affirmations. I also like to work with kids as I am a teacher and also do play therapy.
